Anand N. Dabli is a distinguished contemporary artist based in Nagpur. Born in 1979, Anand discovered his passion for art early in life, leading him to pursue formal education at the renowned Nagpur School of Art, where he earned a Government Diploma in Fine Arts. His academic foundation provided him with a strong base in both traditional and modern art practices, which continues to influence his dynamic and evocative works today.

Over the years, Anand’s dedication to his craft has earned him widespread recognition and prestigious honors. Notably, he received the Lalit Kala Akademi Award for the 62nd National Exhibition of Art held in Delhi in 2022 — a milestone achievement marking him as one of India’s prominent contemporary voices. He was also awarded a Fellowship by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India for the years 2015–2016, acknowledging his contribution to the evolving landscape of Indian art.

Anand’s artistic journey has been enriched by numerous exhibitions. He has held solo shows at esteemed venues such as Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal, and participated in multiple group exhibitions across major cultural hubs including Mumbai, Delhi, and Dubai. Currently working as a freelance artist, Anand N. Dabli continues to create from his hometown of Nagpur.
